  • Well, I feared this was the answer. :'(

    1. Is there anything I can do to help influence the process to make it sooner?
    2. How soon is soon?
    3. What kind relationship does RedGate have that allows them to do so?

  • 1: Doubt that you as an individual can influence it.

    2: In the SQL Server 2016 release timeframe or soon thereafter, is my guess

    3: They are using reverse engineering and unsupported/undocumented APIs

  • Is there a way to do this already? Since I googled a lot and still cannot find something of at least a GUID to call on.
