Credentials are no longer supported?!? RRS feed

  • Question

  • This is the same project I have been working on, gradually migrating servers from my Hyper-V environment for a few weeks.

Now when I drop in the credentials file, it gives me this. Any suggestions? Because I tried redownloading them, refreshing the certificats, different browser.....help

  • Did you try installing the latest version PowerShell Module as recommended in the error snippet?

When did you last downloaded the vault credential file?

Are you referring any MS document?

  • I was not using PowerShell. I will try it though.

I downloaded the files less than 10 minutes before inputting it into the tool. We had been using the same file for weeks but just suddenly stopped working.

  • Try installing PowerShell. Also, make sure, PowerShell Remoting is enabled on each host.
