Hi

  While deploying report i get above error - Error 1 The permissions granted to user 'Home-PC\Home' are insufficient for performing this operation.

As the message indicates, your specific user doesn't have adequate permissions to access the report. Try the following steps to add that user within the Reporting Server to give the appropriate level of access:

1. Open your browser as an Administrator.
2. Navigate to your Report Server (e.g. http://your-site/reports)
3. Go to the Properties Tab
4. Select the Security > New Role Assignment 
5. Add your User (e.g. Home-PC\Home) as a System Administrator

Many of these things may have changed as it's been a while - but the basic idea is that you should be able to provide permissions for your specific user to access the site.

This was just an example, but it should coincide with your Reporting Services configuration area (which will vary depending on how you configured it during installation, etc.).
