Unable to copy from Resource Plan In Build Team on Project Server 2010

Question

In our PWA we are having a bit of a Wep Page Rendering error that I can't seem to figure out. When we go into the project through PWA and Select Build Team there's a button on the ribbon that allows you to copy from Resources Plan. At this point, you click that and the page seems to execute the JavaScript but doesn't seem to render the QstatusChecker.aspx to save the job in the queue. It actually comes back with a Page error Saved failed. Since this error seems more of a web page error than an application error the logs don't seem to throw much about the error. We have a Staging envirorment as well and this behaviour doesn't seem to be a problem. We've Compared permissions as well as managed groups permissions through everything in Site Settings. But nothing seems different about the 2 envirorments. Any Thoughts ?

Hate to see you swinging on a limb here with no answers. Have you tried repairing Project Server and rerunning the Configuration Wizard? I'd put this on the list of terapy that can't hurt. It smacks of a permissions issue, but those are difficult find with hands on the system, and much more difficult in the forums. If you can't get past this, it might be a good idea to open a case with Microsoft.

Has anyone experience this issue I'm still unable to find a root casue to my production envirorment ?
Just to add the the troubleshooting I've been doing..
1. Started to investigate this from an IIS backend. I Sniffed the traffic using Wireshark and I notice that when it call for that Ribbon to execute if Authenticates and attempts to Search the Page as its almost looking for the QStatusChecker.aspx Files but it never finds it and it throws that Save Failed error.
2. Both Staging and Production are Kerberos Enabled and their IIS Config Settings are exactly the same... The IIS logs don't spit Information about the page or error.
3. This is a Straight out of the box PWA Web app with no custimization done on the Front end... That Button on the Ribbon happens to be the only one that is having issues with rendering the page.
Any Assistance or possible components triggering this that any project server speacialist can provide, would greatly be appreciated... I'm losing Hair every day I revisit this !

Just to add to my headache...
I was really doing a hard comparison from our Staging and our Production PWA web apps, since I've exhausted all other attemps I figured I look into the Custom view, perhaps something in the fileds might be preventing the page to render, but to my luck No Dice. Removing all the views the problems still exists.
I've also went to the extent of talking to our TMG group to see if there might be a potential Rule blocking that Javascript from callling the QstatusChecker.aspx that's needed to push the resources to the Job queue.
At this point I will take any suggestion or alternative route's that I haven't looked at. Any response would be appreciated!

Thanks for the reply, This is only happening on our production envirorment so it's a bit difficult for me to perfom that config wizard. I am in the process of installing the Dec CU patches and when that gets done I will be re-running the config wizards and see if that clears things up.
I'm also in the process of opening a MS ticket as well.
The weird thing is, this is the only Radio button on that ribbon and the rest of PWA that this problems occurs.
I will update this thread next week to see if the config wizards brings me back to sanity :)
Thanks !

I'm going ahead and closing the thread, but I think you need to look hard at permissions.

I'm having the same issue on a quite large instance with 4500 resources in the enterprose pool. Can you please explain further the resolution to the issue? We are on PS2010 SP1.
