    I wonder how to load transform an MS Excel file to a text file?

     You mean like a CSV file?

     Hey,

    A CSV file is a text file, it is just laid out in an agreed format (usually speech marks round any cell that has spaces in, a comma to separate each cell, and one row per excel row).

    It will be the text file you are looking for but it just means that you could import it back into a spreadsheet application (or other apps).
