Exam 70-551 or 70-552

I am looking for books for both exams that are MCPD, meaning an upgrade from MCAD to MCPD (2.0).  I cannot find any online.  MS site suggests many books but I just want one for each (I have not decided yet which test I am going to take, but I know it will be one of them, or maybe both).  Thanks.

To respond to what I found from my initial post:  I plan to take Exam 70-551 (MCPD Web Developer) and I am unable to find study guides for this exam simply because it is a brand-spanking new certification.  Upon looking at the "Skills Being Measured" list for 70-551 I find that the skills measured are the same as the following tests combined:

70-547

 70-528

 70-536

Because of this I've changed my approach and have now ordered exam study guides based on the preceding three exams.  Some of these study guides have been published but some of them I have pre-ordered since the books are being published later this year only.   For now I would recommend reading over the Skills Measured and trying to learn them using general .Net 2005 books and for the 70-536 skills there is a study guide being published by Amit Kalani next week (mid July 2006) that you can find online.

Hello, i found myself with same problems for 70-551 exam...i did all FREE DEMO practice questions on testking and measureup, read the ASP.NET 2.0 book from Wiley and parse more asp.net 2.0 exam preparation blogs, ive taken the 551 exam twice...and still i couldnt pass...For 528 and 536 i did over the medium score points but 547 questions really drag me down...From all this 3 exams(538,536,547) the last one is very POOR on training resources....So, if you found anything or you just want to exchange informations and materials please post...Thanks!!!

Transcender appears to be planning to release their 70-551 test exam in October 2006.

I contacted Transcender via their website with a product suggestion of materials for exam 70-551. They responded within one day with the following: "Yes. We plan to release the test in October 2006."

Transcender have released the 70-551 test exam. Till now there is no single book/study_guide for the 70-551 exam, If you find any book in future please let me know. Thank you.

I also faced the same proble as you.
I did well in both exam 536 and 528 but 547 dragged me down.
I had no materials for this exam. but the annoying things is tha if there are no materials available then why did it have to be included
in the exam 551.Anyway if any materials available please let me know.
