dump file analysis: SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M during startup RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi there,

I am trying to debug a bluescreen we have been experiencing on a number of simmilar systems in the last week. The STOP occurs sporadically (every 200th to 300th reboot) during ealry system startup (system uptime 4-5 seconds).

Since I am not a professional Windows debugger, I was only able to find out the problem has something to do with driver initialisation, the exception gets flaged in NT-kernel and comes down to an access violation.

Can someone find out from the dump file ( what driver(s) is/are responsible?

    Any help is most appreciated!
