  • Hi James,

PowerPivot needs to be installed on SP 2010 Servers. From your information it seems that you are trying to install it on SQL server? Here is good reference guide to installing Power Pivot.

  • Sid,

I check the menu that you forward to me, at Step 9 "Run SQL Server setup in "Existing Farm" mode on PowerPivot. My problem in here. I had installed SP2010 in Hyper-V and created Home site already.

but after run  "SQL Server PowerPivot for sharepoint", I got error like I wrote. so how to fix it?

    Thanks

  • Can you put up a screen shot and more clear description (for e.g. steps to produce your error)
