Exchange 2010 SP3 issue RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

We are building custom applications in .Net that work with Exchange Server 2010 and Exchange Server 2013.

The applications were working correctly until we installed SP3 on Exchnage 2010 . On Exchnage 2010 SP3, The custom applications raised excpetions

when initializing a remote power shell session. We had to build our custom app on Exchange 2010 SP3 and give the release build to clients.

We like to know that how can we ensure that our custom applications don't crash after installing subsequent new service packs (like yet to be released SP4, SP5..)

without the need to build the custom applications again for the new Service Packs.

Our custom application refers the Microsoft.Exchange.Management.dll located in C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\Bin.

    Regards,
