  • Yes, I am using x64 version of installer (SQL2014_X64_ENU) and my PC is 64 bit as well!

  • Hello,


    Make sure you have enable .NET Framework 3.5 using Control Panel -> Programs and Features. Additionally you need to install .NET Framework 4

    Make sure the following registry key exists and the Windows account installing SQL Server has access to that key.


    HKLM/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Uninstall
