Moving App Service Resources between Resource Groups fails RRS feed

    We tried to move an App Service Plan between two resources groups (original has VS Enterprise subscription and the new one Pay-As-You-Go). We see an error with error code ResourceMoveFailed in the activity log and the apps have disappeared from the Azure portal. The websites are still accessible. Any idea what to do next?
