How Access the Login page of a website

Hi,

    I am new to html5,CSS3 and javascript.I want to develop an app which will be kind og login page.So how to access the data.

For example i want to develop a login page for gmail.So how to access the gmail loin and password from www.gmail.com,

i am not able to understand.

I do not think I get your question correctly. What do you mean by login page ?

There should be apis supported by the provider for you to be able to login. Also if you need to access data after login is successful you need apis by the provider to retrieve the data.
