How can I deploy a solution with 2 projects using Visual Web Developer 2012?

Hi all, I’ve created a solution using Visual Web Developer 2012 Express.  The solution has two projects. I use the one-click method to publish the site and although the second project is referenced it didn’t get publish.  I found samples on using macros to publish but only for Winows project and not with MVWD 2012 Express.  Does anyone know of a good tutorial that I may use?

You could deploy the solution using the command line.  You'll need a publish profile for each project.

How can I do it with Visual Web Developer 2012. I'm running Windows 8 and search for Developer Command Prompt but I don't think it's installed with MVWD 2012.
