Exchange 2010 - OWA Issues RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

we were mid migration to O365 from our exchange 2010 environment however we have had to draw users back on-prem to reconfigure the Azure Tenant due to a mis configuration before then sending back up.

We have started migrating users back on-prem from o365 all is working successfully e.g outlook, ActiveSync etc, all except webmail from exchange 2010. We have some of our users who upon login successfully authenticate but then get the following error output below.

We have tried moving mailboxes between db's (successfully), restarted exchange web services and also checked mailbox for any errors or problems without a fix. The very peculiar issue is that we have some users that are ok and have not had problems together with some that are not however they all returned in the same batches and to the same database and servers.

Looking for any help as not much on this issue in the wild.

    Error output from OWA.

  • Hi,

Do you enable cloud-based archive for those mailboxes?

Are there any other differences between problematic mailboxes and those working well?

For users who have OWA issues, please try to clear browser cache or change to use other browsers to test again.

You also can contrast attributes from ADUC to see if something is not set correctlly.

Please note: Exchange Server Development forum mainly discuss issues about Exchange development, and it's not monitored. Other TechNet Exchange sub-forums are migrated to Microsoft Q&A. We invite you to post new questions with related tags in the new forum.
