  • I am new to doing anything with website building. I've just bought mocrosoft expression web 4 and have no clue as to using the program. where can i get help?

    i want to build a websit. did i buy the write program????

  • Hello! If you have expression web, you have the correct software. You should find included also Expression Design, this is a graphic software very useful for things like logos, backgrounds, icons and so on. This is the forum for expression design, feel free to post here questions about it. But for expression Web, you should post on this dedicated forum: http://social.expression.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/web/threads

    They will be able to indicate you where you can find tutorials. But let me suggest you one thing: though expression web will do a lot of work for you, you should really consider having a basic knowledge of HTML (the language that defines what a page contains, for exaple headings, text, images) and CSS (it defines how things should be displayed, in which position, color, font, and so on). They are both quite easy to learn and it will help you a lot getting things done and understanding how to use program. You can either buy a introductory book or look for tutorials online.
