How to backup Visual Studio 2017 project RRS feed

  • Question

  • My first project on Visual Studio is now working for me, and getting bigger.

The more I add, ,I need to keep a working version stable, while working on next stage, because each stage brings a risk.

Assuming my project is called Dogs, can I dp something like "save as dogs1",. keep on working on Dogs, do "save as dogs2" and so on until I go to release?

This way, I can always go back to an older stable version, just in case.

    Thank You

    Yigal

Thanks. you have a good point. I already use GitHub, but I was wondering if there is a solution within VS 2017 for "save as" kind of a solution.
