failed because application did not launch on all devices

Question

The reviewer did not specify which device the application would not launch on. I have a samsung focus and it launches. How am I supposed to solve this? Will microsoft make one of all devices available? Which devices are they using to test. What does all mean? below is the quote from the certification The application must run on any Windows Phone 7 device, regardless of model, screen size, keyboard hardware, and manufacturer. How can I get back to the tester who failed me without specifiying which device it failed on? Is this more harassment perhaps?

Did you get a detailed report of how the failure ocurred?

I'd guess it's getting watchdogged for taking too long to load.. some devices perform quicker than others.

Remember youve got 5s to show something and 20s to be responsive.

Can you add a splash screen or optimise the startup process?
