Date of Bing Air Photos? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Why can't Bing display the date the air photos were taken, like Google Earth does?

  • You can access this information by making a request to the ImageryMetadata service and looking at the Vintage property in the result: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc981082.aspx

  • Thanks for this information... but hmm... i am really not a programmer, nor will i be one in the near future :-( . But i need the date-information of the imagery that is apparently available via the Imagerymetadata service.

Can anyone paste a script/code/program that i can use right away to determine the date of a specific area/image?

    Thanks a lot.

Sorry for bothering.. just found the answer...
