IIS_IUSRS is not in DCOM, it's a group/Username to be given permissions in the security

i got this error when working with excel, the problem is that your iis users and network services does not have the correct permissions to use word, you can try one of the following:

    1) component services - computers - my computer - DCOM Config - (search for microsoft office word) application - properties - Security - edit (for launch, activation, access and configuration permissions) - add IIS_Isrs and network services (with read/write permissions)

    2) componenet services, computers, mycomputer, properties, COM security, edit defaults (for launch, activation, access permissions) and add the IIS and network services.

the second one may not work, so you should try the first one first, but make sure that you have the DCOM application for microsoft office word or it will not work
