How to remove extra white spaces between paragraph character and period character? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

I've a document which contains large amount of paragraphs. Some paragraphs in my document end with period (.) and paragraph character. See below screenshot.

And some paragraphs ending with period character + White spaces + Paragraph Character. See below screenshot.

I tried to replace this white spacing characters by using MS Word wildcard option.

    ^032{1,}^013

It works for me, But the problem is paragraphs properties missing (Ex: First line indent, Before/After spacing...etc.)

I've to replace white spaces and retain paragraphs formatting. Is there any option or macro to do this?

Any inputs would be much appreciated. Thanks!
