I suggest that you check the code to see which line of code cause this issue. And base on the error message, it seems the Access not able to find the "IsNull" function, however this function is provided by VBA.
Can you use this function in a new database?
If you still have the problem, you can remove the sensitive data and upload a demo database to
OneDrive to help us narrow down this issue.
