The specified table does not exist. [ AccountSet_StockAccount ] RRS feed

    EntityFramework over SqlCe 3.5 

    base class Account

    class BankAccount:Account
    class StockAccount:Account

    neither adds new field to Account table

    I can query BankAccount but StockAccount gives exception

    The specified table does not exist. [ AccountSet_StockAccount ]

    [Extent1].[Id] AS [Id],
    [Extent2].[Name] AS [Name],
    [Extent2].[Balance] AS [Balance],
    [Extent2].[Status] AS [Status],
    [Extent2].[CurrencyId] AS [CurrencyId],
    [Extent2].[Notes] AS [Notes]
    FROM  [AccountSet_StockAccount] AS [Extent1]
    INNER JOIN [AccountSet] AS [Extent2] ON [Extent1].[Id] = [Extent2].[Id]



    this works thru SqlManagementStudio

  • Hello, sounds like you have a problem with your connection string. Maybe your connection string is pointing to another database without you realize it.

  • its the same , when I insert new BankAccount from managementstudio it shows up

    but querying stockAccounts it gives exception   its funny :)
