Netted Gridview controls with child griview has some data rows has no data for parent prime key?

May need to develop a VS2010 ASPnet 4 webpage
with two netted Gridviews.

My question is: if the datasource of the Child Gridview
does not have the data for some values of the prime
key for the parent Grid view, what will happen with
those Data rows?

You are using a nested gridview? I suggest you can refer the following links.

Will try this walkthrough again with our database where not every primary key of the parent gridview has the data for the child gridview.

I used the same Northwind database to test this Nested GridView webpage.  I edited the Order table and
deleted the CustomerID ANATR for the OrderID 10308, 10625, 10759, and 10926. 

No errors when I ran this page. The data row for CustomerID ANATR showed an empty entry for the Orders fields.
No problems for a primary key of the parent Gridview without any data from the child GridView.
