  • Hi Gopi Krshna,

    Welcome to the MSDN forum.

I found you shared the log file of this failed installation in another thread and some error message that appears as below:

    >>DownloadManager Error: 0 : Signature verification failed on downloaded file. URL: http://download.microsoft.com/download/4/B/7/4B7786CE-86E8-44C0-8FAD-5DB0BE3181B1/MicrosoftAzureTools.VS140.exe. File location: ......

I found a similar error message with different installation object, please have a look at this and have a try with the following:

PiersonLee: Would you be able to clean the following cache locations for the WebPI feed (.xml files) and try again?

    %Localappdata%\Microsoft\Web Platform Installer and %localappdata%\microsoft\web platform installer\preprocessor

    %Appdata%\Microsoft\Web Platform Installer

Meanwhile, have you tried to manually download the above installer from those download links, or download them from the Microsoft Azure SDK for .NET - 2.9.6, then save into the expected file location or manually install them.

    Best regards,

    Sara
