How To Allow A Canvas Control to Pass User Input To Controls Beneath RRS feed

  • Question

  • In WPF 4, Windows touch Beta I place a fullscreen Canvas control on top of a fullscreen ScatterView control.  I set the Canvas object to display a PNG that contains various transparent areas such that I can see the ScatterView control beneath.  So I am using my Canvas control as a mask for the Scatterview below.

Now I wish to interact with ScatterviewItem controls placed on the Scatterview but my Canvas control consumes all my touch input even in the transparent regions.

Is there any way I can prevent the Canvas control from blocking my mouse/touch input to the controls beneath?
