MSDN Technical Support Case (online) RRS feed

    I'am having difficulty to get my contract id activated to be able to create online technical case. 

    I followed that doc; https://msdn.microsoft.com/subscriptions/bb266240

    I called the MSDN support team, and they didnt know, so I get forwarded to the support team, and the support team forwarded me there. Kinda a loop right now. 

    Kinda where I'am stuck right now :


    Anyone got a easy tip to get that fixed ?

  • Sorry about this Philippe.  Do you have your contract ID and Access ID? Dont post them here, I'm just wondering if you set them up.

    Actually tell you what, reach out to me directly via the Site Feedback link at the very bottom of here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/subscriptions.  This will put an email in my inbox and I'll work with you offline.  What I'll need is:

    Your subscriber info

    your Case ID that you got from MSDN Subscriptions Customer Service.

    You can drop a link to this thread in there too so I make sure I know its you.

    If you are having a difficult time getting your contract ID activated, whatever a contract ID is, then why are you trying to use it to open a support incident before it is activated? That makes no sense.

    Maybe your contract ID isn't activated (whatever that means) because you didn't establish your contract correctly in order to get a conract ID.
