Do you mean the PDC conference? Typically they are in the summer and typically they show up every 2 years. Also they are usually announced at least 6 months before they occur. So I would say its 99.999% likely that there will be no PDC 2006
Maybe 2007. Will there be XNA content? Well there was a little bit of DirectX content last time but its not really that sort of conference.
