Get multiple selected items from dropdownlist into textbox

Dropdownlist  customers  have : 

customer 1 

customer 2

customer 3

customer 4

1. i want this result into textbox  as  : customer 1 ,customer 2 ,customer 3 to save it to DB

2. How edit this expression "customer 1 ,customer 2 ,customer 3 "  to  customer 1 ,customer 2 ,customer 4

You could use Bootstrap Multi-Select Plugin, it is a JQuery based plugin to provide an intuitive user interface for using select inputs with the multiple attribute present.

I believe you use javascript . I did something like this before.
