Inaccurate app information with EnterpriseModernAppManagement CSP on Windows 10 Mobile RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello,

I'm trying to make an app inventory with the current preview version (Build 10549) of Windows 10 Mobile running on a Lumia 535, using the EnterpriseModernAppManagement CSP.

The documentation states, that the "name" node (eg. AppManagement/AppStore/PackageFamilyName/PackageFullName/Name) holds the "Name of the app". Unfortunately the device always returns the product ID for every app instead of the real app name, no matter whether it's an enterprise, store or non-store app. This also applies to the "publisher" node.

Additionally the information given in the "Version" node seems also not to be that accurate. The device returns strings like "26866.23514.61679.56608" or "41833.38366.13087.29407" here.

Is there another way to gather these information? Is this going to be fixed for the final release of Windows 10 Mobile?

    Thanks in advance.
