How to secure a web form with crystal viewer? RRS feed

    I am using vs2010 and Crystal Reports XII.  I've created a crystal report and attached it to a webform.aspx using the crystal viewer and this works great in debug mode.  My issue is trying to secure the webform.aspx, if I create a folder say "securepages" then move my webform.aspx into it, the report will not display but displays an error: Load report failed where the report viewer in attached.  Why does moving the page into a folder not work in debug mode and I assume will not work if I published it either? I have not yet set up the user roles unitl I figure this out.

    I was able to fix my own problem by changing the report path to it's full path instead of the default short path.
