    Hi,

    There are only 2 ways I can think of.

    1) If you have administrative access to the server then you can create script that counts the number of files in a folder and then create a scheduled task to to run that script on an regular basis. Here's a blog post on how to create a scheduled task:

    2) Just put a simple email function in your upload page so that each time a file is uploaded it sends someone a notification. Here's a vbscript example that count files in a folder and sends an email. You just need to incorporate that into your upload script. You can ignore the part about robocopy.
