am facing problem to get user interface for my sql

How can i get user interface for my sql?

from where should i download those user interface files?

i have the mysql which runs in dos installed on my PC

and download

heidisql.r3907.exe

i hv downloaded n tryin to install heidisql.r3907.exe from the site http://www.heidisql.com/download.php  

but while installin it is giving me the error tht it can not find the libmysql.dll

pls reply me...........
