  • I am missing this DLL / reference... 

    I've installed the Async CTP... do i need more then that ?`

    I'm using Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate / Professional

  • If you're using .NET 4, mscorlib contains the System.Threading.Tasks namespace; you don't need any additional references in order to access TPL. However, to utilize the new async method functionality, you do need to add a reference to the AsyncCtpLibrary.dll assembly that's installed with the CTP. If you're using Silverlight 4, TPL is in the AsyncCtpLibrary_Silverlight.dll along with the support for the async language features.
