The External credentials in the SSO database are more recent- MSBuild

Question

There is a forum already available on MSDN(Link added below) on this issue but none of the solutions mentioned on it worked when SSO entries are updated using MSBuild. Aslo tried to update the TimeStamp for SSO on SSODB to one year less and that resolution didn't work all the time.

Here is the warning logged on the Eventlog everytime when I tried to update the existing SSO entries using MSBuild:
