Reporting Services 2008 R2 sharepoint 2010 list datasource access denied

Question

Trying to create a report in Reporting Services 2008 R2 with sharepoint list datasource. Using Sharepoint foundation 2010 with claims based authentication configured with Windows authentication and FBA. I can connect to my site with Windows authentication and FBA. I can open http://server/_vti_bin/lists.asmx . When I create datasource in RS I use Windows Authentication. And when I try to open Query Designer in RS Data Set I get an "Access is denied" error.

P.S. Report Server mode: Sharepoint Integrated.

You have to use Domain user account.  Also a Web application that is using Claims Based Authentication with Forms Based Authentication enabled (FBA) is not supported.

This may not really be an answer to your specific question but I have been using SQL views to bring my sharepoint list into reporting services.  I am now using a product called SPViews from sharpest tool software in my Sharepoint Server 2010 test environment and I love to not have to worry about hitting the web service.  It is just a normal SQL datasource.
