Kinect 1.0 to 1.5 - Skeleton Tracking on WPF via KinectSkeletonViewer RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello everybody

i'm starting developing with the new sdk 1.5. I realized that there are a lot of different things than in the older beta.

So i tried to get access to the skeleton view via the KinectSkeletonViewer which is provided by the WPF Viewer. In the tutorial video of Channel9 the viewer has a property which is called "Kinect" where you can apply data bindings. At ElementName he chooses KinectSensorChooser1 and as "Path" he can choose "Kinect". This "Kinect" is missing at the new sdk 1.5. There is only "KinectSensorManager". The problem is that i can't figure out how to visualize the Skeletons.

Does anyone know what to do and how to handle that problem?

    Thanks!

    chris

  • KinectSensorManager is a wrapper of the KinectSensor. Can you use KinectSensorManager.KinectSensor as the Path?
