  • Hi,

    "OS Version = 6.1.7600, SP = 0.0, Platform 2
    OS Description = Windows 7 - x64 Home Premium Edition "

Means your OS is win 7, but not install SP1.

"Package Name = Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.1 Setup"

You try installing .Net Framework 4.5.1.

But .Net Framework 4.5.1 need win 7 SP1 supported. You could update your OS to sp1, then reinstall .Net Framework 4.5.1.

Or download the setup file from the link to reinstall .net framework 4.0. If installation fails, please share installation log.

If you still encounter the error message "Arithmetic result exceeded 32 bits.", please see the article. It is about how to fix the error.
