Enabling Marketplace image RRS feed

  • Question

  • I just recently created a Lab in Azure and have been trying to enable the Windows 10 Enterprise multi-session, version 1903 + Office 365 ProPlus. The problem that I am facing is the image seems as though it just keeps spinning with no end to it, and the image never gets enabled. Brand new to this so I must be missing a step.

  • Good Morning and thank you for your assistance.

    1. I am using my Microsoft Partner Network Subscription

    2. I am trying to enable the following vm: Windows 10 Enterprise multi-session, version 1903 + Office 365 ProPlus.

    3. When selecting the vm from the Marketplace and selecting enable, it appears that it is trying to download the image

    4. I have attached the images of the steps that I have followed.

    5. Last image shows it trying to install, will run for hours and nothing gets enabled.

    Hopefully the images help.

  • Sorry for the delay in response to your post.

We have a known issue for this particular image: Windows 10 Enterprise multi-session, version 1903 + Office 365 ProPlus

The current workaround is to create a custom image through Azure Marketplace (outside of lab account) and uploading it to the shared image gallery.

I shall update this forum thread once there is a fix for this issue.

    now.
