#Num! on Report RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have an report that contains a calculation in many of the controls.  For example, 0ne calculation divides one number by another.  Unfortunately, when both numbers = 0, my report displays "#Num!"

Is there anyway I can replace "#Num!" with "0"?

Please keep in mind that the control already contains a calculation, so I can't put any code in the control.  I'm wondering if I can put some code in one of the report events that would make the substitution upon launch?

    Thanks!

  • I figured it out.  Here's the original calculation:

         =((Sum([C90])/Sum([S90]))*100)

    Here's the fix:

         =IIf(Sum([S60])=0,0,((Sum([C60])/Sum([S60]))*100))
