Scan to Email being refused or has severe delays by one address in exchange RRS feed

  • Hi we have a Fuji-Xerox DocuCenter V, and having dramas with one particular email address with Scan to Email. The Printer is setup with office365 smtp server and it works fine for most of our users, except one.

    Doing a message trace on exchange on the sender address, I can see the status of the email stays as pending. Eventually the emails seem to come through, but it can take up to 2 days.

     below is the message event details on the message trace.

    Reason: [{LED=450 4.4.316 Connection refused [Message=Socket error code 10061]

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Referring to this thread discussed the similar issue 450 4.4.316 Connection refused [Message=Socket error code 10061]: Message delayed with 450 4.4.316 Connection refused.

    Instead of allowing only specific IPs we allowed all the traffic on 25 port form outside, after that change even doing tests and sending thousands of messages - haven't seen the error any more.
