We have several reports built for our site that worked fine for our clients until they installed IE 11. Now most reports appear blank. After hours of researching I can create and fix the problem. The problem is that any report that contains a "line"
object from ssrs tool box will not work. if you take the line out of the report it will run and display just fine. with a line, after you put parameters in and run the report you get a blank page and all the parameters are disabled. we use the line object
for seperating message boxes, to wrap around the title, etc... Will Microsoft please investigate this and send out a fix? has anyone else experienced this? I believe this may have something to do with ajax extensions not loading on the client
side. Also, the print Icon for reporting services does not appear. there is code that we can put in to make it appear but it still doesn't print when you click it. this is all in IE 11!!
Based on the current information, I think the issue can occur due to the setting or third party add-ons of Internet Explorer (IE). In this scenario, you can try to run IE in compatibility mode to check the issue again. Or I suggest that you can refer to
the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:
Click Tools -> Internet options.
Switch to the Security tab, click Local intranet, and then select Default level.
Switch to the Advanced tab, and click Restore advanced settings.
