Connecting Azure SQL Database from Azure Data Factory

I am trying to access Azure Database from Azure Data Factory and Azure Functions, but I am trying not to use the SQL User. 

Is there any other way to create a connection string from Azure DataFactory, Azure Functions, or web application.
