Microsoft Access 2016 control box

Question

I am having trouble with the control box and/or turning off the minimize,maximize and/or close buttons on forms.

I'm getting the following instead of the minimize, maximize or x. (If minimize is disabled, swatchBI shows; if maximize is disabled, swatchbi shows; same for x. Also, in this example, if I click the minimize character it shows Restore Window.

(I can't insert a picture of the screen as my account hasn't been verified yet.)

Changing control box to No does nothing.

Please advise. Thank you.

I have no idea what you mean with the various spellings of swatchBI
Do you have a link?

Also if there is an important screenshot, you can certainly post that in OneDrive or one of its lookalikes and post a link here.

Is this even a question about Microsoft Access, the database program?
