How to build linux based project on windows RRS feed

  • I have a linux based project. I want to build it on windows.Is this posible.If yes what will be the steps. Please help

    It's not clear exactly what you mean by "project". The sole focus of this forum is questions/issues about customizing and programming Microsoft Project, a project management application. If by "project" you mean a linked network of scheduled tasks, then the application you need for Windows is Project. If you are talking about something else, then this is the wrong forum and I suggest you expand your question with more details and post to the following forum instead:

  • Hi john ,

    I have a project on npm that is prebuilt on linux but I need to build it on windows.

    I installed below dependencies:

    bower@1.4.1 ,grunt-cli@0.1.13, npm@2.8.3

    and go to the root folder that has a package.json file. and run below commands

    1. npm install

    2. npm build [foldername]

    3. npm run script build

    but on last command getting below error

    

    

    And even no idea how to start project. 

    As of now on execution of "npm start" command its just opening js file which is mentioned as start script in package.json file.
