  • Try to install it from cmd promp with privileges and skip the updates section

    Setup.exe /Action=Install /UpdateEnabled=FALSE

Don´t forget to install previously .NET Framework 3.5 as a prerequisite.

Here you have a link with all the syntax to install SQL server from CMD:

  • Hi TuDacNguyen,

According to the error message, this issue can be caused by that something wrong with Windows Update, the error 0x80D0000A is an error message related to Windows Update.

In your scenario, you can first run the Windows Update before installing SQL Server, then install SQL Server without selecting Product Updates as shown in below picture, after that, you can run Windows Updates again:

If you cannot run the Windows Update successfully, you can refer to this article to solve this problem.
