Was working fine last week.
Did a clean, a rebuild, stopped IIS Express and such, still the end result is I cannot Debug or Run the second project in my solution.
Even installed a new version of VS2019 CE, that didn't fix it either.
WebAPI project runs fine.
WASM does not run and will not debug.
Dead in the water.
Any suggestions?

Hi wavemaster,
unable to connecto to web server IIS ExpressAbout this error, you can try below steps.
- Delete YourSolutionFolder\.vs\your project name\config\applicationhost.config file (note: .vs is a hidden folder).
- Open Visual Studio, right-click on web site > Properties > Web> Servers> Project Url - change port number (don't forget to click Create Virtual Directory).
- Launch your app. You can change the App URL back again afterwards, this just ensures VS will regenerate your applicationhost.config.
Best regards,
Sam

Can you tell me what is VS2019 CE?
Does it alert any error messages?
Best regards,
Sam

The error message in VS is (I could not make this smaller):
unable to connecto to web server IIS Express
By some stroke of luck I found a thread here.
Just like the others I can browse to the site VS2019 says it cannot connect to.
