Does WebPart Order Matter? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Trying to troubleshoot a couple of connected Webparts and identify why it all magically started working.  I have a Query Filter feeding into InfoPath feeding into PerformancePoint.  The filter wasn't working until I split the Webparts in to different zones.

When trying to recreate the issue today, I couldn't.  It all worked in a single zone.  Does it matter what order I added the Webparts?  What else may have caused that?

Note that I didn't make any changes to the Webparts (that I can think of).  Just playing with permutations of adding them in sequence and splitting them across Webpart zones.

    Thanks
