Kinect2 Bones Rotations Mapping RRS feed

  • Hi,

    We are in the process of  mapping the Kinect2 motion to a standard FBX skeleton.Some how we 

    are not able to map it correctly. Documentation points to each bone orientation being absolute with the Default bone direction being Y up. Most of the online blogs seem to confuse regarding orientation received from Kinect2 SDK.

    Please can some one provide some insight or guide as to the basic issue and related solution. is it that each bone joint  has different default orientation?
