Phone menu is diasabled in Agent desktop RRS feed

  • Hi Friends Iam using the CCF 2008 in my system. my system act as the appserver as well as my database server. All the applications iam hosting in the admin console is getting reflected in the agent desktop. all the things are working fine. When i open my agent desktop i got the following error. 1] Unable to configure the phone 2] Phone button is disabled. I tried all the steps provided in the dev guide as well as from the sites. but still no use. The phone menu option is always disabled. I checked whether my system is working properly by opening two softphone instance and it is working fine. If any one can provide me some guidlines in configuring the Phone option will be helpfull for me. Thanks in advance. baskar k
