No more trigger suspension in VS 11???

HEllo guys.
in VS 11 developer preview, there was a trigger suspension entry in the debug menu. I can no longer find it there. how do we trigger a suspension from the beta release?

There are buttons in the default toolbar now.
Run your app, go back to VS and look for the buttons below...
